There is no one-size-fits-all method to getting pregnant. Everyone has a different conception journey and we are here to support you.
The first step to take on the conception journey is to schedule an appointment with your doctor. Here, they will ask you about your medical, surgical, and reproductive history, diet, weight, and exercise load, as well as any diseases or illnesses that may run in your family.
Then, you may like to look into things like fertility testing or genetic testing, while also making sure to start on a comprehensive prenatal vitamin at least 3 months before you start trying.
Trying to conceive? The Pre-Preggers Plan is a great place to get started. Developed by medical experts to take the stress out of planning, so that you can enjoy the journey, rather than get lost in it.
