Alessia graduated with a Bachelor with Honours in Food and Human Nutrition from Newcastle University and has worked with various hospitals, schools and corporate food and health companies.
She currently conducts lectures for corporates and institutes such as Singapore Management University Academy, and is part of a research team to create personalised nutrition programs for individuals.
Her passion for health and nutrition started since she was young. She believes in a holistic approach to health and wants to empower others with the knowledge of nutrition to be the best versions of themselves.
